
NewLabel Poland 2026: 1st Edition of the Private Label Trade Fair
Fresh and ultra fresh food, frozen and ambient products, sweets and bakery products, beverages, healthy and functional products, cosmetics, household chemicals, products for children and pets, as well as packaging and private label technologies – these were the key areas of the 1st edition of NewLabel Poland, which took place on January 27–29, 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo. The event gathered 2,681 visitors – manufacturers, retail chain representatives, buyers, and distributors – creating a new business platform for the dynamically growing private label segment. The premiere edition of the trade fair confirmed the growing importance of private label in retail sales strategies.

NewLabel Poland 2026 integrated private label manufacturers, retail chain representatives, buyers, category directors, importers, and suppliers of packaging and technologies for the private label segment. Event participants had the opportunity to:
- establish cooperation with manufacturers of fresh and frozen food, ambient products, cosmetics, household chemicals, baby & kids products, and pet care products in the private label model,
- expand their network with representatives of retail chains, wholesalers, distributors, export platforms, and international partners,
- explore innovative solutions in packaging, labeling, smart packaging, production automation, and technologies supporting private label development,
- promote their products and manufacturing capabilities among FMCG industry professionals and business partners present at the trade fair.
